No. 124 White Conformcal™ - SPOT Color
No. 125 Clear Conformcal™ - SPOT Color
Helmet Decals are suitable for outdoor use and are designed to conform to rounded surfaces such as helmets. Images are printed on the top surface of the material.
Material: These products are supplied on
approximately .004" white or clear Conformcal™ with permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive.
When ordering clear material, the color of the helmet can
affect the appearance of the ink color. Backing the
imprint with white ink is recommended for clear
decals applied to dark helmets.
Production Time: 7 Working Days
Die-Cutting: No die charge for decals with square corners unless either dimension is less than one inch. No die charge for circles with a diameter every 1/2". No die charge on repeat orders. All others add: $190.
Color Match: Add $49 per color to be matched.
Copy/Color Changes: Copy or color changes may be used to combine lots for quantity savings. $40 per each change. Copy and color changes can not be combined on the same order. Changes must be in multiples of the minimum quantity shown for the item ordered. If more than 5 color or copy changes are needed for your order, contact your customer service representative to review.
Art Preparation: There are no art charges for orders with approved digital art.
Remember: White is a color on clear material and is priced as an additional color. White is highly recommended to improve ink opacity and contrast.

No. 2125 Clear Vinyl - FULL Color
Premium Helmet Decals are suitable for outdoor use and are digitally printed on white or clear material, then laminated to a clear conformable material for protection. They are designed to conform to the rounded surfaces of helmets. This construction is also popular for graphics on all-terrain vehicles. All colors are built from 4-color process.
Material: These products are supplied on approximately .018" white or clear vinyl construction with permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Production Time: 7 Working Days
