Hard Hat Decals are suitable for indoor or outdoor use and printed in either spot or 4-color process. Many companies use these decals in conjunction with safety programs, identifying the number of accident-free years..
Material: Hard Hat Decals are available on
pressure-sensitive white, yellow, clear or
reflective materials. Yellow vinyl is available
on spot color orders only. All materials have
permanent adhesive.
When ordering clear material,
the color of the hard hat can affect the
appearance of the ink color. Backing the
imprint with white ink is recommended for
clear decals applied to dark hard hats.
Production Time: 7 Working Days
Color Match: Add $49 per color to be matched. Not available on 4-color process items.
Copy/Color Changes: Copy or color changes may be used to combine lots for quantity savings. $40 per each change. Copy and color changes can not be combined on the same order. Changes must be in multiples of the minimum quantity shown for the item ordered. If more than 5 color or copy changes are needed for your order, contact your customer service representative to review.
Art Preparation: There are no art charges for orders with approved digital art.
Remember: White is a color on clear material. White is priced as an additional color when using spot colors and is included on 4-color process decals. White is highly recommended to improve ink opacity and contrast.

Die-Cutting: No die charge for decals with square corners unless either dimension is less than one inch. No die charge for circles with a diameter every 1/2". No die charge on repeat orders. All others add: $180.
