Deluxe Loyalty Cards and Badges are digitally printed in 4-color process. These cards and badges are popular with retail markets, special events and service industries. All colors will be built from 4-color process. Exact color matches, metallic and fluorescent colors are not available.
Material: Deluxe Loyalty Cards are printed on a white plastic core and overlaminated on two sides to create an approximately .020" or .030" thick finished product. No. 6221 and No. 6222 are also available as approximately .030" thick silver or gold metallic. Use the matte varnish option to create a pen receptive surface. Indicate on artwork a flood coat or specific location of the matte varnish.
Production Time: 7 Working Days. Approximately 9 working days with foil stamping and/or numbering/barcodes.
Color Match: Not available.
Copy Changes: Copy or color changes may be used to combine lots for quantity savings. $40 per each change. Copy and color changes can not be combined on the same order. Changes must be in multiples of the minimum quantity shown for the item ordered. If more than 5 color or copy changes are needed for your order, contact your customer service representative to review.
Numbering/Barcodes: Numbering is available in sizes up to 1" tall. The most common sizes include: 7/32", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1". Please specify size, color and sequence when ordering. Code 39 barcodes are available. Prices shown are for one location on one side only.
Number Sequence Change: Add $11.00 per each change.
Foil Stamping: Add prismatic foil stamped copy to one location from the price grid.
Art Preparation: There are no art charges for orders with approved digital art.
