Custom Deluxe Plastic are digitally printed. All colors will be built from 4-color process. Exact color matches, metallic and fluorescent colors are not available. This product is intended for indoor use only.
Material: Custom Deluxe Plastic products are printed on a white or clear plastic core and overlaminated on two sides to create an approximately .020" or .030" thick finished product. Use the matte varnish option to create a pen receptive surface. Indicate on artwork a flood coat or specific location of the matte varnish.
Production Time: 7 Working Days. Approximately 9 working days with numbering/barcodes.
Die-Cutting: No charge for square corners unless either dimension is less than one inch. No die charge for circles with a diameter every 1/2". No die charge on repeat orders. All others add:

Color Match: Not available.
Copy Changes: Copy or color changes may be used to combine lots for quantity savings. $40 per each change. Copy and color changes can not be combined on the same order. Changes must be in multiples of the minimum quantity shown for the item ordered. If more than 5 color or copy changes are needed for your order, contact your customer service representative to review.
Numbering/Barcodes: Numbering is available in sizes up to 1" tall. The most common sizes include: 7/32", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1". Please specify size, color and sequence when ordering. Code 39 barcodes are available. Prices shown are for one location on one side only.
Number Sequence Change: Add $11.00 per each change.
Art Preparation: There are no art charges for orders with approved digital art.
